experience on the ground, are a business traveller where time is of the essence, or have a young, nervous or elderly passenger travelling then the service is for you and designed in such a way that our agents tailor the service to suit the individual’s needs.
Premium Arrival
Met from the aircraft gate, by your very own Airport PA.
Then whisked safely through immigration and customs. Where available, you will be taken through priority lanes to avoid queues.
If baggage porters have been requested, they will be on hand to assist with any luggage.
Your Airport PA will coordinate with your onward driver to ensure that they are waiting as you depart the terminal.
This is a door to door service through the airport, your Airport PA’s is with you every step of the way to ensure a smooth, fast and safe arrival.
Premium Departure
The work starts before you arrive at the airport, with your assigned Airport PA monitoring flights, liaising with airport & airline staff and coordinating the most convenient drop off time and place with your driver.
You will receive a warm welcome kerbside by your local Airport PA, baggage porters will also be on hand if pre-booked.
Whisked through all check-in and security processes as quickly and efficiently as possible.
You are then either assisted with any duty free shopping, or escorted directly to your departure lounge to relax where you will wait for your Airport PA to collect you at an agreed time.
Escorted directly to departure gate for first or last boarding at your request. Your Airport PA is on hand until aircraft is airborne.
Premium Transit
Designed to take the stress out of flight connections.
With a warm welcome at the arrival gate, you will then be whisked to the correct transit hall or terminal.
Our highly experienced Airport PA will help with any immigration clearance or security requirements and all measures are taken to speed you through to your onward flight.
