Once you travel with a Premium Meet & Assist service, you’ll wonder how you ever travelled without us.
ARRIVAL
- Greeted at the aircraft door or gate by your personal agent with meet signage.
- Escorted through immigration & customs, as quickly & efficiently as possible.
- Baggage porters available to assist with luggage, if applicable.
- Airport agent will coordinate with onward driver to ensure a smooth handover upon exiting the terminal.
DEPARTURE
- Your airport agent will liaise with your driver & greet you kerbside with baggage porters, if applicable.
- Escorted through check-in & security procedures, as quickly & efficiently as possible.
- Escorted to departure lounge, if applicable.
- Your agent will then collect you from your lounge at an agreed time & escort you directly to departure gate.
TRANSIT
- Greeted at the aircraft door or gate by your personal agent with meet signage.
- Assisted with any immigration clearance or security/re-check in requirements, if applicable.
- Escorted to the correct transit hall/terminal and then to departing flight gate.
